The firm’s notebook.
Notes, readings and views on the law of high-stakes transactions.
Statement of intent
This notebook brings together, at a deliberately measured pace, brief analyses and views on subjects that traverse the firm’s practice. It contains, on occasion, commentary on a text or a decision, and more often attention to what continues once the frameworks are in place, in public-private partnerships, private capital or the governance of patrimonial businesses. Publication is occasional. It follows the matter, not the calendar.
